The MomCo (short for Mom Community) at Christ Church is a group for mothers (with children of all ages) to come together to enjoy friendship, encouragement, and support. Our group meets at Christ Church’s Overland Park location on select Mondays (September through May) from 9:15 – 11:15am.
Each Monday we catch up over tasty light-bites, listen to an engaging speaker on a variety of topics from faith to parenting, and discuss life during small group time. While the moms enjoy one another’s company, our children have a ball being cared for by a wonderful group of volunteers.
The MomCo at Christ Church has an annual membership cost of $150. This amount covers each participant’s The MomCo International membership fee ($37) and the remainder covers some of our costs (activities, food, speakers, childcare, etc). Scholarships are available as needed.
Can’t make Monday mornings but still want to connect with moms in our community? Join our social membership! MomCo hosts fun evening events throughout the year including book clubs, volunteer opportunities and “skills building classes” (think: watercolor, gardening & crochet classes). A small fee may be required for some social activities, but most are free! Register for both our general membership and social membership via the link below.
