Grace Vannoy | Student Life Coordinator
After being born in California and moving to Indiana, my family settled down in Kansas City in 2004. I got my degree in Christian Formation and Ministry from Wheaton College and spent a few summers serving at camps and churches around the Midwest.
When I came to Christ Church, I was excited to find a church that embraced the historic Christian faith in a way that is relevant today. I quickly got involved with Alpha and volunteering in student life. My true passion is for young people in the church. I want to see the local church be a place where young people feel loved, seen, and heard by God. So I am very happy to be able to use my gifts and skills on the staff of this church as the Student Life Coordinator. My main role is to focus on serving our high school students and families.
When I am not thinking about the next idea for ministry, I love doing ceramics, playing volleyball or basketball, listening to alternative Christian music, and watching the Chiefs! But mostly I love being around people and sharing stories around food.
